HUKO WA Terms of Service

Welcome to HUKO WA! By using our platform, mobile app, or services (“HUKO Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use HUKO.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HUKO, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. HUKO may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of HUKO constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use HUKO, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. HUKO is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

4. Use of HUKO Services

Prohibited uses of HUKO include, but are not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited or spam messages through HUKO

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• Attempting to access HUKO’s systems without authorization

HUKO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of HUKO may require payment. All fees are described on our platform or in your subscription plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. HUKO reserves the right to change pricing with notice.

6. KYC & Verification

To access certain HUKO features, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. HUKO reserves the right to limit access until verification is complete. HUKO may reject KYC submissions at its discretion to comply with legal and security requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All HUKO content, including software, branding, logos, and documentation, is the property of HUKO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Privacy

HUKO’s Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information. By using HUKO, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

HUKO Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” HUKO makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. HUKO is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

HUKO may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may also terminate your account by following the instructions in your HUKO account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from HUKO shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

HUKO may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
